- Defense lawyers for Deandre Wilson (OTF DeDe) and David Lindsey (Browneyez) filed a renewed motion to sever on June 10 and will argue the request at a July 1 hearing before Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald in Los Angeles.
- A Third Superseding Indictment filed on June 3 recharacterizes the case as racketeering and links four violent acts from 2019–2022: a February 2019 Atlanta attempted murder, a May 2021 Blackshear attempt on Quando Rondo, the January 2022 Chicago killing of Stephon Mack, and the August 2022 Beverly Hills shooting that killed Lul Pab.
- The defendants say the papers do not tie them to those incidents because neither is named in the Atlanta shooting and the Chicago killing is charged to unnamed co-conspirators, with DeDe’s only alleged link being attendance at a video shoot where Durk displayed cash.
