Overview
- The school begins instruction with 17 internally selected employees, including 11 master’s candidates and six doctoral candidates.
- Programs run one year for the master’s degree and at least three years for the doctorate, with full tuition covered by LG.
- Curriculum leverages LG AI Research infrastructure and industrial data, with 24 adjunct faculty from the unit and one full-time professor.
- Partnerships with Seoul National University, KAIST, DGIST and UNIST will bring special lectures and seminars to the Magok campus in Seoul.
- Students will tackle applied projects, including foundation models, as LG seeks to strengthen South Korea’s AI competitiveness; Koo presented each with an LG Gram laptop loaded with the Exaone model.
