- Admission starts at $29.99 per player for a 1.5-hour session with a 2.5-hour option available and higher prices on peak days, and minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The West Side venue occupies roughly 46,800 square feet across two floors and features 63 life-sized, replayable mini-games and challenge rooms—the largest Level99 outpost to date.
- Each guest receives an RFID Veloband at check-in that unlocks games, saves progress and leaderboard scores across Level99 locations, and a $19.99 Premium Pass upgrade offers expedited entry, a limited Veloband, a merchandise discount and an exclusive pin.
- Level99 replaces the former NBA Experience with an adult- and teen-focused mix of fast physical and puzzle challenges, a two-story bar and a chef-driven menu (Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers and cocktails), a setup that aims to broaden Disney Springs’s after-hours entertainment options.
