- Lepas confirmed the mid-size L6 will join its UK line-up in the fourth quarter of 2026 following its European debut at Milan Design Week.
- The UK range will include a Super Hybrid plug-in model that pairs a 1.5-litre petrol engine with electric drive and claims a total range of more than 700 miles.
- A battery-electric L6 is quoted at about 270 miles of range from a 67 kWh pack with 30% to 80% charging in roughly 20 minutes.
- The L6 uses Chery’s modular New Energy Vehicle platform that supports both hybrid and full electric versions and is tuned for European roads.
- The move expands Chery International’s UK rollout as Lepas joins Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery, with the larger L8 slated to arrive before the end of September.
