Leaked Specs Show NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5070 SUPER and 5070 Ti SUPER With Up to 24 GB of GDDR7 Memory

Overview

The RTX 5070 SUPER is reported to feature 6400 CUDA cores, 18 GB of 28 Gbps GDDR7 across a 192-bit bus and a 275 W total board power draw.
The RTX 5070 Ti SUPER leak indicates 8960 cores paired with 24 GB of 28 Gbps GDDR7 on a 256-bit interface and a 350 W TBP.
Both cards use new 3 GB GDDR7 modules to deliver a 50% increase in VRAM compared with their non-SUPER counterparts.
NVIDIA plans to unveil the SUPER refresh at CES 2026, extending the RTX 50-series lineup ahead of its next major architecture launch.
Prices are expected to mirror the current models at $549 for the 5070 SUPER and $749 for the 5070 Ti SUPER.
