LaLa Veto Save and Dee’s Renomination Shatter Big Brother 28 Majority

Dee’s choice to replace LaLa with fellow Mosh Pit member Mallory exposed alliance fractures that could let flipping votes decide the upcoming eviction.

Overview

  • LaTrice “LaLa” Verrett won the Week 7 Power of Veto Wednesday and used it to remove herself from the block.
  • Head of Household Dee Valladares originally nominated Drew, LaLa, and Taylor then named Mallory Aurichio as the replacement after the Veto was used which left Drew, Mallory, and Taylor as the final nominees.
  • Mallory’s replacement nomination created a direct split inside the Mosh Pit because both Mallory and Drew are members and several houseguests reacted with heated confrontations during the nomination ceremony.
  • Barrett Pfeiffer has begun publicly shifting away from the veteran-led bloc and has discussed saving Mallory or even voting out Drew which could produce a new voting majority.
  • Thursday’s BB Block Buster same-night safety remains decisive because a nominee can remove themselves on eviction night and earlier fan-granted powers and cash bribes have repeatedly reshaped who is viewed as a viable swing vote this season.
