Overview
- The 41st ASICS Los Angeles Marathon starts at 7 a.m. at Dodger Stadium and ends at Santa Monica Boulevard and Avenue of the Stars in Century City on a 26.2-mile course, with a 6 hour 30 minute time window and more than 25,000 registered runners.
- Rolling street closures begin as early as 3 a.m., most start around 4 a.m., and some sections may remain closed until early evening, with organizers warning of heavy traffic and delays.
- Freeway ramp closures will affect portions of the 101, 110 and 405, with the final ramps expected to reopen by about 3 p.m. Sunday.
- Restrictions will span downtown Los Angeles, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West LA, and some off-route streets will be limited to residents using designated “Local Access.”
