Overview
- KTM unveiled the 2027 690 Rally on September 9, 2026, and confirmed production at its Mattighofen plant with European dealers to receive stock from October and Australia/New Zealand slated from December.
- The Rally uses the same 693cc LC4 single‑cylinder engine as the 690 Enduro R, rated at about 79 hp and 73 Nm, and retains shared chassis, WP Xplor suspension and Brembo brakes.
- KTM added two 3.5‑litre front auxiliary tanks that work with the existing 13‑litre rear tank for a total of 20 litres, plus a handlebar switch to select which tank the bike draws from to change weight bias.
