Overview
- On October 6, officers called to Brandville Road, West Drayton, found a man in his 20s with stab wounds and a 15-year-old with a head injury on Station Road.

- On October 7, a 15-year-old was found with stab injuries at Brondesbury Villas near Kilburn High Road and was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
- The Kilburn teenager was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon, and police and the ambulance service issued appeals for information quoting CAD 6002/06OCT and CAD 5753/07OCT with Crimestoppers available for anonymous tips.
