- Volodymyr Zelensky received his first UK ceremonial welcome at Windsor Castle, including a Guard of Honour by the 1st Battalion Grenadier Guards, a Royal Salute and the Ukrainian anthem, followed by a private audience with the King.
- Following the castle meeting, Zelensky met Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer at Downing Street before a London session of the Coalition of the Willing.
- The UK-hosted summit combined in-person participation by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and the prime ministers of Denmark and the Netherlands with around 20 leaders joining remotely, with France’s Emmanuel Macron participating virtually.
- A UK government readout said leaders agreed to build on recent sanctions momentum and push to provide Ukraine with longer-range capabilities.
