Kia Syros MY26 Launched in India With Lower Entry Price and Wider Auto Options

The lower entry price pairs with earlier automatic choices to draw more buyers into the mid-range trims.

Overview

  • Kia India launched the MY26 Syros on Monday, cutting the base price to ₹8.39–8.40 lakh ex-showroom.
  • The lineup is reworked into seven trims, adding HTE, HTE(O), HTK+(O) and HTX(O) to spread features across lower price points.
  • Automatic gearboxes are offered in more variants, with diesel-AT now starting from the HTK+ trim at about ₹12.73–12.74 lakh.
  • Updates focus on styling with new bumpers, gloss-black skid plates and roof rails, fresh 17-inch alloys with neon brake calipers, and three new colours.
  • Engines and headline features stay the same, including the 1.0 turbo-petrol and 1.5 diesel, a 30-inch display, a panoramic sunroof, 80+ connected features with OTA, and a five-star BNCAP rating, with prices topping out near ₹15.79–15.80 lakh.
