Kerala Reports 5 Lakh Homes Built Under LIFE Mission

A state-level announcement in Thiruvananthapuram on February 24 will formally mark the milestone.

  • More than six lakh families have received financial assistance since the housing initiative launched in 2016, the CM said.
  • In a related effort, the state plans to inaugurate on March 1 a model rehabilitation township for Wayanad landslide-affected families at Kalpetta, with 178 of 410 houses completed.
