- Organisers named Kutaragi the first keynote Tuesday for the Oct. 14–16 conference at Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough.
- He will sit for an on-stage interview with journalist Chris Dring of The Game Business, which will be filmed for release after the event.

- Kutaragi, often called the father of PlayStation, led development of the PS1, PS2, PSP and PS3 at Sony and now leads Ascent Robotics and Cyber AI Entertainment.
