Overview
- The train, which hit a passenger car Thursday around 5:20 a.m. between Fuchu and Higashi-Fuchu on the Keio Line, left two people in the car with minor injuries.
- Keio suspended service on the Fuchu–Tobitakyu and Higashi-Fuchu–Fuchu Keibamae sections with no restart time as of 8:20 a.m.
- About 200 people were on the 10-car limited express bound for Shinjuku, and police reported no injuries among passengers or crew.
