Keefer Tops Korn Ferry Season as Blanchet Wins Finale to Cap 20 PGA Tour Promotions

With promotions cut to 20, the Korn Ferry finale confirmed a lean class shaped by the PGA Tour’s tighter membership.

Overview

  • At French Lick’s Pete Dye Course, Chandler Blanchet closed with a six-under 66 to win at 14 under, two clear of Barend Botha.
  • Season points leader Johnny Keefer tied 12th to clinch No. 1 and earned 2026 Players and U.S. Open exemptions plus immunity from priority reshuffles.
  • The top-20 standings did not change in the finale, sending 20 players to the PGA Tour, including Keefer, Blanchet, Neal Shipley, Austin Smotherman and Pierceson Coody.
  • Mitchell Meissner remained first out at No. 21, while players ranked 21–75 keep full Korn Ferry status for 2026 and advance to PGA Tour Q-School’s final stage where five cards will be awarded.
  • The promotion class shrank from 30 to 20 as a result of the PGA Tour reducing fully exempt membership from 125 to 100, limiting available openings.
