- Packages will adopt a white corner with a red Kaufland "K" to link the various own brands under one visual system.
- K-Favourites is being relaunched as K-Gold Edition with around 300 items, K-Take It Veggie becomes K-Plant Based with more than 100 products, and K-Bio adds the "Organic" descriptor.
- Kaufland will phase in the redesign to sell through existing packaging, with a marked increase in switched items targeted by Easter 2026.
