Overview
- DSPmedia announced Monday that after discussions with all four members it has agreed the group will end activities following a final album and world tour.
- The group’s first and final full-length album, Where To Now? (Part.2): NOWHERE, is scheduled for release on July 28 and is presented by the agency as the concluding record of the project.
- KARD are currently on the DRIFT world tour, with early shows in Tokyo already performed and additional dates planned in Asia and a European leg set for September.
- The agency thanked HIDDEN KARD for long-term support and asked fans to back the members as they move into individual careers, saying the members poured their hearts into the album and tour.
- KARD, which debuted in 2017 as one of modern K-pop’s few mixed-gender groups, built a large international following through extensive touring and its breakup marks the end of a distinctive co-ed presence in the scene.
