  • ICE rearrested Hayam El Gamal and her five children Saturday at a required check-in in Colorado and put them on a private plane bound for Detroit’s Willow Run Airport.

  • Biery had ordered the family’s release Thursday after nearly 10 months at the Dilley family detention center, following a magistrate’s recommendation on due-process grounds.
