JPMorgan Chase Becomes First Global Banking Partner of the Olympic Games

The deal gives the IOC fresh sponsor revenue after recent exits.

  • The IOC and JPMorgan Chase disclosed a Tuesday agreement that makes the bank a Worldwide Olympic Partner with exclusive rights in banking.
  • The pact spans the Los Angeles 2028 Games and the French Alps 2030 Winter Games, including the Paralympics at both events.
  • Globally the bank holds rights in asset and wealth management, private banking, and commercial and investment banking, and in the U.S. it will be the Official Bank of Team USA and a Founding Partner of LA28.
  • The partnership adds athlete support through IOC Athlete365 financial workshops and local investments meant to leave lasting benefits in host communities.
  • JPMorgan Chase also announced a collaboration with NBCUniversal to support LA28 coverage and to spotlight athlete stories across its platforms.
