Overview
- JoSAA published the Round 1 allotment on Saturday, June 13, and candidates can view their assigned institute and programme by logging in at josaa.nic.in with JEE credentials.
- Allotted students must complete online reporting by June 26 by paying the seat acceptance fee, uploading required documents and responding to any verification queries through the JoSAA portal.
- Reported seat-acceptance fees are Rs 30,000 for general-category candidates and Rs 15,000 for reserved-category candidates, and payment is required to retain the allotment.
- Candidates may choose Freeze, Float or Slide during reporting to either keep the current seat, seek upgrades across institutes, or seek upgrades within the same institute, and Opening-Closing Ranks (OR-CR) are available on JoSAA eservices to guide choices.
- Failure to finish reporting by the deadline will forfeit the allotted seat and remove a candidate from further rounds, so students should complete payment and document upload early to avoid technical or verification problems.
