- Joliestar, which won Saturday’s A$3 million TJ Smith at Randwick under James McDonald, will head to Britain for Royal Ascot’s six-furlong Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes in June.
- Trainer Chris Waller said the five-year-old has furnished into a complete sprinter and he wants to aim her at the A$20 million The Everest at Randwick in October.
- The TJ Smith was her fifth Group 1 of a spotless autumn that included the Expressway and Canterbury Stakes, sealed by a half-length win over Giga Kick.
- Sheza Alibi then swept from last to win the Group 1 Doncaster Mile by 4.25 lengths for Peter Moody and Katherine Coleman.
