Officials cite monthly PM-led reviews, reporting a 96% issue resolution rate with six flagship completions.

Overview

  • Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo said 61 projects worth ₹4.12 lakh crore are on the PMG portal for J&K, with 15 completed (₹69,000 crore) and 46 under execution (₹3.43 lakh crore).
  • Six high-priority works completed under direct PM review total about ₹53,000 crore, including the USBRL rail link, NH-44 SrinagarBanihal, Kishanganga-related clearances, AIIMS Jammu utility shifts, and the Alusteng–KargilKhaltseLeh transmission system.
  • Nine additional projects worth roughly ₹59,000 crore remain under active monitoring, such as the Delhi–Amritsar–Katra Expressway, AIIMS Awantipora, the Pakal Dul hydropower project, and the 4G saturation scheme under USOF.
  • Officials reported 57 of 59 PRAGATI issues for J&K resolved—about 96%—with 27 of 29 issues closed on the nine actively monitored projects.
