Overview
- A trap in Udhampur led to the arrest of Patwari Ganderab Singh and Chowkidar Kuldeep Kumar while they allegedly accepted Rs 10,000 to correct a name in revenue records.
- FIR 03/2025 was registered at ACB Police Station Udhampur under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 61(2) of the BNS, 2023 after discreet verification of the complaint.
