Overview
- Jet2, which announced the plan Thursday, put Summer 2027 flights and package holidays to Jersey on sale from six UK airports.
- New routes will run from Birmingham three times a week from 2 May to 10 October 2027, with Bristol twice weekly from 14 May to 11 October, and Manchester grows to three weekly through 31 October.
- The schedule lifts peak operations to 15 weekly flights with almost 120,000 seats, a capacity increase of more than 140% versus Summer 2026.
- Ports of Jersey, Visit Jersey, and a Jersey minister said the added flights lengthen the season, improve connectivity, and support the island’s visitor economy.
- Jet2 also reaffirmed its no‑surcharge pledge on booked trips, which locks in prices for flight‑only customers and those buying ATOL‑protected packages.
