Overview
- The NTA’s correction facility is live Dec. 1–2 on jeemain.nta.nic.in, with submissions closing at 11:50 pm on Dec. 2 after login via application number and password or date of birth.
- Editable fields include name, parents’ names, date of birth, gender, category, sub-category/PwD, Class 10 and 12 details, state code of eligibility, signature, chosen paper, exam city and medium of examination.
- Mobile number, email ID, present and permanent addresses, emergency contact details and the uploaded photograph cannot be changed during this window.
- Uploads must meet NTA rules: clear photo in colour or black-and-white, spectacles allowed but no sunglasses or caps, correct file size/format, and a neat signature on white paper.
- If any change alters the fee, candidates must pay the difference before submission, and NTA is not obliged to allot the preferred city; those skipping session 1 can still use session 2, with the best score counted for admissions and JEE Advanced eligibility.
