Overview
- Beneficiaries who registered in August must check their Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro profile for a personalized date, time and location to collect the card.
- Service is staggered by the first letter of the surname: A–F (Sept. 2–4), G–L (Sept. 5–6), M–R (Sept. 7), S–Z (Sept. 8–9), with attention only on the assigned day.
- A valid official ID is mandatory at pickup, preferably the voter credential (INE), or the card will not be delivered.
- The program provides 12 months of workplace training, IMSS coverage and a monthly deposit of 8,480 pesos to the Banco del Bienestar card in 2025.
- Cardholders can review balances and movements in the Banco del Bienestar Móvil app or by calling customer service at 800 900 2000.
