Overview
- The court on Monday convicted 47-year-old Jaouad W. of complicity in the January 2014 killing of Mohammed Alarasi in Amersfoort and the April 2014 killing of Rinus Moerer in Steenbergen.
- Judges said evidence showed W. performed surveillance and reconnaissance around victims and shooting sites, establishing an operational facilitator role in those two cases.
