Overview
- Applications, which opened Wednesday, are due May 26 through admission.jmi.ac.in.
- The entrance test is scheduled for June 6 across 13 cities, including Delhi, Jaipur, Srinagar, Jammu, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Mumbai, Patna, Kolkata, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Calicut and Ranchi.
- The written exam mirrors UPSC with 60 objective General Studies questions with negative marking and two essays, and only the top 900 by Paper I get their essays evaluated.
- Shortlisted candidates face an offline 30-mark interview, with 100 seats available and hostel stay mandatory for those selected.
- Support includes a 24×7 air-conditioned library, test series and essay guidance, with eligibility restricted to graduates eligible for UPSC 2027 and a reported application fee of ₹1,325 plus bank charges.
