  • The Player-Owned Housing 'From The Ground Up' update went live on Monday, July 13, 2026 and is available to all players in-game.
  • Construction progression has been reworked so players craft furniture to level up, with the skill cap increased from 99 to 120 to unlock new recipes and rewards.
  • Customization now includes over 650 decorative items, five distinct house styles, flexible room shapes, free furniture placement, and environmental options such as a Weather Vane and Music Box.
  • Social features let up to five players form a Homestead to share plots, move freely between homes, host unlimited visitors, and access shared facilities.
  • New practical systems include display stations for trophies and achievements, expanded storage and aquarium options, teleportation modules, preparation utilities like cauldrons and an armour repair stand, and other gameplay-focused furnishings.
