Italy’s Tax Collection Agency Launches One-Stop Portal to View and Pay Debts

The tool helps taxpayers check what they owe before the April 30 rottamazione‑quinquies deadline.

Overview

  • Agenzia delle Entrate‑Riscossione launched a new “Situazione debitoria – Consulta e paga” portal that gathers debts, past payments, notices, and active plans in one view, built with Sogei and paired with a step‑by‑step guide.
  • Users can open each act for specifics including the document type, the creditor, the notification date, the starting amount, amounts already paid, any suspensions, sums under relief measures, the residual due, and the updated total.
  • A consolidated “prospetto di sintesi” can be requested and is ready to download within 24 hours, pulling every act linked to the taxpayer’s code across all provinces.
  • Access runs through the Ader site using SPID, CIE, or CNS digital IDs, while tax intermediaries consult on clients’ behalf via the EquiPro area.
  • The launch ties into “rottamazione‑quinquies”, which accepts applications until April 30 and lets people settle charges from 2000 to 2023 in a single payment by July 31, 2026 or in up to 54 bimonthly installments with a €100 minimum.
