Overview
- Law enforcement says the confrontation began Aug. 5 when officers responded to a disturbance and then came under heavy fire during an hourslong standoff that ended with the suspect taken from the basement.
- Isanti County filed 32 felony counts against Jason M. Phillips, including 14 attempted first-degree murder counts and 14 first-degree assault counts related to attacks on peace officers.
