IRGC Claims 70th 'True Promise 4' Wave, Says 55+ U.S. and Israeli Targets Hit
Tehran describes a 'gradual attrition' campaign that it says will widen to strike the source of any new attacks.

- In its latest statement, the IRGC said five U.S. sites were targeted: al-Kharj in Saudi Arabia, al-Dhafra in the UAE, Ali al-Salem in Kuwait, Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan, and the U.S. Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain.
- The force also reported strikes on Israeli areas including Haifa and Tel Aviv, naming Hadera, Kiryat Ono, Savion and Ben Ami.
- The IRGC said it used Qiam and Emad missiles with attack drones in the 70th wave, and earlier waves featured Khorramshahr-4, multi-warhead Qadr, Kheibar Shekan and Zolfaghar systems.
- Israeli officials and the Haifa refinery operator said a previous Iranian strike damaged the electricity infrastructure that supplies the Bazan refinery complex.
- Press TV reports detailed successive 67th–70th waves over March 20–21, including claimed hits on military-linked industries, radar and logistics sites across the region.
