Overview
- The Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC tourist train will host the tour, featuring two restaurants, a modern kitchen, shower cubicles, sensor-based washrooms and foot massagers, with CCTV coverage and security guards in each coach.
- The 16-night route links key Ramayana sites across India and Nepal, including Ayodhya, Nandigram, Sitamarhi, Janakpur, Buxar, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Shringverpur, Chitrakoot, Nashik, Hampi and Rameshwaram.
- Road segments are built into the itinerary, notably Sitamarhi to Janakpur in Nepal and visits to Prayagraj, Shringverpur and Chitrakoot with arranged overnight stays.
- The journey spans roughly 7,560 km and is scheduled to return to Delhi on day 17.
