Iovance Posts Record Q2 Revenue on Strong Amtagvi Sales

Operational improvements plus regulatory progress have prompted a review of 2026 guidance that could speed patient access worldwide.

Overview

  • Iovance reported record second-quarter product revenue of about $99.3 million, with roughly $91 million coming from U.S. sales of Amtagvi.
  • Management said it is reviewing full-year 2026 revenue guidance after the quarter’s outperformance, and investors pushed the stock up more than 40 percent on expectations of an upward revision.
  • The company’s gross margin improved to 56 percent, net loss narrowed to $47.3 million, and cash and short-term investments stood at about $304 million, reflecting stronger unit economics and a clearer runway.
  • Manufacturing turnaround has shortened to 31 days or less and the authorized treatment center network has grown to more than 95 sites with a target of at least 110 by year-end, while international moves include Australia approval and an expedited UK review with Europe and Switzerland filings planned.
  • Beyond melanoma sales, Iovance is advancing registrational and next-generation tumor‑infiltrating lymphocyte programs that could expand use to other solid tumors if manufacturing and regulatory milestones hold, which would increase patient access and demand for scaled production.
