Overview
- A vehicle came close to striking participants, including children, in a street procession in Valencia’s Camí Real district but instead hit another car head-on, a crash captured on video that appears to have averted a direct collision with the crowd.
- After the initial impact the driver reversed several times, striking the other vehicle again and damaging a parked car while a pedestrian suffered minor injuries.
- The driver fled the scene but was stopped about 300 meters away by Policía Local at the junction of San Vicente Mártir and Arzobispo Olaechea and was identified at the scene.
