- Ariana Rose, who pleaded guilty on Friday, admitted seven fraud offences, a count of perverting the course of justice and five burglaries and is due to be sentenced on July 2, 2026.
- Warwickshire Police arrested Rose in a rented BMW and seized a Rolex, designer sunglasses, more than £2,400 in cash, foreign currency and a cache of champagne, shoes, silverware and antiques linked to victims.
- Prosecutors say she ran tenancy frauds in Manchester and London, using fake references and illegal subletting to pocket at least £30,337 from one scheme and leaving more than £43,000 in arrears on a West London flat.
