IndiGo Sets December 26 Outreach to Issue ₹10,000 Vouchers to Severely Impacted Flyers

The carrier targets customers from the Dec 3–5 disruption window, with a claims webpage opening 1 January 2026.

Overview

  • Teams will contact customers from 26 December for identified flights where contact details are available.
  • Eligibility focuses on passengers who were severely impacted and heavily stranded from noon on 3 December through the end of 5 December.
  • Each voucher is worth ₹10,000, redeemable on any IndiGo flight, and valid for 12 months.
  • IndiGo is working with travel partners to obtain contact details for agent-booked passengers so it can extend the same support.
  • A dedicated webpage will go live on 1 January 2026 for customers not reached, and regulators have ordered a 10% reduction in IndiGo’s winter schedule to stabilise operations.
