IndiGo Adds Six Navi Mumbai Routes Starting March 29

The expansion leverages the new Navi Mumbai airport to deepen regional connectivity with short ATR services.

Overview

  • Direct flights will link Navi Mumbai International Airport with Ahmedabad, Diu, Goa, Rajkot, Belgaum and Kolhapur from March 29, 2026.
  • IndiGo will operate the new services with ATR aircraft and is progressively opening bookings on its website, app and through travel agents.
  • Navi Mumbai International Airport, inaugurated in October 2025 and open since December, is being used to ease pressure on Mumbai’s main airport.
  • Earlier in February, IndiGo suspended Copenhagen from February 17 and reduced Delhi–Manchester and DelhiLondon Heathrow frequencies to stabilize long‑haul schedules.
  • The airline cites changing airspace restrictions and congestion affecting its damp‑leased 787‑9 operations, is offering rebooking or refunds to impacted customers, and plans A350-900 inductions from 2028.
