India’s New Ambassador Meets China’s Vice Foreign Minister to Deepen Trade and People Links

• Since taking up the post in May, Doraiswami has held multiple meetings with Chinese foreign and commerce officials and visited Tibet to arrange the Kailash-Manasarovar pilgrimage, signalling a stepwise push to operationalise leader-level ties.
