  • Kerala’s vigilance bureau reported 201 cases in 2025 with 57 trap cases that caught 76 people, nearly ₹15 lakh seized, 39 convictions in 30 cases, 1,152 surprise inspections and an internal vigilance mechanism across departments, including 24-hour toll-free and WhatsApp reporting.
  • Telangana’s ACB recorded 199 cases and 273 arrests, including 157 trap cases that led to 224 arrests and seizures of ₹57.17 lakh, unearthed disproportionate assets worth about ₹96.13 crore, 115 prosecution sanctions and a new QR code-based complaint system.
  • Haryana’s vigilance bureau logged 251 corruption cases, including 147 trap or raid cases, the highest in a decade, with 186 arrests and on-the-spot recoveries totaling ₹1.03 crore, according to officials.
  • Jammu & Kashmir’s ACB registered 78 cases, filed charge-sheets in 43 and secured seven convictions involving 13 accused, while also exposing a large custodian land scam and issuing 41 alerts and 91 advisories to plug systemic gaps.
  • Andhra Pradesh’s ACB outlined plans to build an informant network for 2026 after registering 115 cases in 2025, including 69 traps and eight disproportionate asset cases, with ACB special courts convicting 36 accused.
