Overview
- Central Railway’s tally rises to 240 Holi specials after 24 new services on LTT–Kanpur and Pune/Hadapsar–Jhansi routes, with reservations opening February 23.
- Indian Railways announces 30 LTT-origin services: eight AC specials to Sultanpur and Varanasi and 22 extended trips to Raxaul, Saharsa and Dhanbad, with bookings from February 20 and 22 and unreserved tickets via UTS.
- Western Railway rolls out six pairs on special fare connecting Mumbai, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh to Kathgodam, Kanpur Anwarganj, Haridwar, Malda Town and Palitana, and extends the Rajkot–Mahbubnagar weekly special, with bookings from February 21.

- Northern Railway introduces six more Holi specials via Ludhiana, linking Punjab with Ara, Varanasi, Katihar, Mansi and Barhni on designated dates across February and March.
