Overview
- Official circulars formalise a mobile app–based operation with Self-Enumeration and central CMMS and HLBC portals enabling real-time monitoring and data transmission.
- Training runs nationwide from April to September 2026, with Level-1 completed for 100 national trainers who will seed 2,000 master trainers and 45,000 field trainers to ready roughly three million enumerators and supervisors.
