- Result links went live on March 6–7 on the official portal (indiapostgdsonline.gov.in) with state and circle PDFs under the Candidate Corner.
- The fully automated selection is based solely on Class 10 scores converted to percentage up to four decimal places with no exam or interview.
- The PDFs list division/office, post details, registration number and percentage, and shortlisted candidates will also receive SMS and email notifications.
- Candidates must complete in-person document verification with originals and photocopies, then undergo a medical examination before receiving provisional offers and completing pre‑engagement formalities.
- Supplementary lists may follow during the engagement window that closes on June 30, 2026, and applicants are advised to use only the official portal to avoid fraudulent websites.
