- SIAM, which released April data Thursday, reported all-time highs in passenger vehicles at 4.37 lakh, two-wheelers at 18.73 lakh, and three-wheelers at 65,668.
- Total vehicle output reached 29.22 lakh units in April, up about 26% from a year earlier.
