- Russia’s Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation said on Tuesday that Moscow and New Delhi are negotiating a fresh batch of S-400 Triumf systems and that talks are ongoing.
- FSVTS chief Dmitry Shugayev said the two S-400 regiments left from a 2018 $5.4 billion deal are back on schedule with one expected this month and the final unit due in November.
