India and Russia Map Next Steps With High-Level Visits and Energy Talks After New Delhi Consultations

  • First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov starts a two-day visit on Thursday to meet India’s national security, foreign affairs and finance leaders for talks on defense, trade, energy and the West Asia crisis.
  • Industry reports carried by TASS said both sides are ready to raise LNG supplies and are discussing LPG deliveries, as India’s Russian crude purchases surged in March and likely April after a U.S. waiver and Hormuz shipping disruptions.
