- IIM Ranchi, which released its final placement report on Wednesday, confirmed full placements for the 2025–26 class across MBA, MBA-HRM, MBA-BA and Executive MBA.
- A total of 421 students, including 50 Executive MBA graduates, took part as about 96 recruiters hired across consulting, banking, analytics, IT and automotive roles.
- For the flagship MBA, the highest pay reached Rs 52.50 lakh, the overall average was Rs 19.24 lakh, and the top quartile averaged Rs 24.83 lakh.
- An Executive MBA student from the 2024–26 Summer Batch received a Rs 1.2 crore leadership offer, which the institute highlighted as the season’s top package.
- Pre-placement offers covered 22.35% of MBA students with an average of Rs 19.28 lakh, and the average summer internship stipend rose 23.12% to Rs 3.69 lakh.
