Overview
- HMIL, which marked 30 years on Wednesday, announced a Rs 45,000 crore plan for FY26–FY30 to boost factories, electrification and product development.
- Hyundai will roll out 26 new models and variants by FY2030 spanning petrol, hybrid and electric lines.
- Cumulative sales have crossed 13.5 million units, with more than 9.6 million sold in India and over 3.9 million exported to about 150 countries.
- Production capacity is 994,000 vehicles a year after the Talegaon plant came online in 2025, with a target of 1,074,000 by 2028.
