Hyundai Launches Prime Taxi Range in India, Priced From ₹5.99 Lakh

Hyundai aims to cut fleet running costs through a factory-backed package built for high-mileage use.

  • The Prime lineup comprises the Prime HB hatchback and Prime SD sedan, based on the Grand i10 Nios and Aura respectively.
  • Bookings are open nationwide for ₹5,000 with ex-showroom prices starting at ₹5.99 lakh for Prime HB and ₹6.89 lakh for Prime SD.
  • Both models use Hyundai’s 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine with a factory-fitted CNG kit and include an 80 km/h speed limiter for regulatory compliance.
