Overview
- Afzalgunj police arrested Ashish Shikdhar, 60, and Bhima Jali, 34, both from Odisha’s Malkangiri district, near the Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station.
- Officers recovered marijuana packets allegedly concealed in specially stitched vests worn under shirts and jackets, along with two phones, two jackets and ₹2,380.

- A suspected organiser identified as Mouni remains absconding, and police said inquiries continue into prior deliveries and the unidentified receiver in the city.
